The most interesting thing about Texas Blood Money occurs during the first two minutes. Apparently, the creators of this film had seen Valerie badger Donna one too many times on 90210 because its obvious that they wanted to see Tiffany-Amber Thiessen dead. There's no other reason for her presence in the film other than to to be killed quickly (under 2 minutes into the film), gruesomely (drained and partially eaten by bats who then chew through an elevator cable so that she can fall several stories to her liquefaction), and, well, pointlessly (nothing about her character, dialogue, or anything else has anything to do with the remainder of the movie). But, while TapeHead recognizes and generally applauds the grand slasher film tradition of the Disposable Anonymous Female, usually Stabbing Victim Number Three gets her credit placed near the bottom of the list, not second billing. So we can only conclude that the producers of this flick were willing to fork over extra cash just so they could see Tiffany die in effigy. Watch out Brenda, you're next.
