1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to and use of eDrive.com and any eDrive service that references them. By using those services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity required in your location to use the applicable service and accept these Terms. Additional age or consent requirements may apply to certain services and Family features.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. eDrive may use reasonable measures to protect accounts and may restrict access when necessary to address security, abuse or legal requirements.
4. Your content and ownership
Your files are yours. You retain ownership of the files, photos, documents, videos and other content you store in eDrive. Using eDrive does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You give eDrive a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, process, organize and otherwise handle your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and improve the features you choose to use, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You are responsible for having the rights necessary to upload or make content available to eDrive and for using the service lawfully.
5. AI features and outputs
eDrive may use AI to help find, organize, summarize, compare and understand information. AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular purpose and should be reviewed before you rely on them, especially for important financial, legal, medical or other high-impact decisions.
6. Connected services
eDrive may allow you to connect third-party services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for authorizing connections you choose to enable, and integration availability may change.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use eDrive unlawfully; infringe the rights of others; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; bypass security or access controls; impersonate others; abuse storage or computing resources; or use eDrive to facilitate fraud, harassment or other prohibited conduct.
8. Plans, storage and billing
Plan features, storage limits, AI allowances, prices, taxes, renewal terms and cancellation rights are presented with the applicable plan or purchase flow and may vary by region.
9. Features and availability
eDrive may add, change or remove features and may suspend services for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. No online service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error.
10. Intellectual property
eDrive software, branding, designs, interfaces and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, eDrive and its licensors retain their rights in the service. These rights do not change your ownership of customer content.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and applicable regional privacy notices explain how personal information is handled.
12. Suspension, termination and your files
You may stop using eDrive at any time. Account closure, export, deletion and retention options depend on the applicable service and legal obligations. eDrive may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or material violations of applicable terms.
13. Third-party services
eDrive may link to or integrate with third-party products and services that we do not control. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to them.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, eDrive services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will receive notice where required by applicable law.
